Eligible returns
For hygiene reasons, intimate items can only be returned if unopened and unused in their original sealed packaging. This protects you — and every other customer.
Timeframe
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on eligible, unopened items.
The refund process
Once we receive and verify your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
